3. Finally, after you have rented your apartment just fill out the online rebate request form, or call us at 210-340-8855, and we send you a check.

To receive your rebate you must meet the following requirements:

• To receive a $100 cash rebate, sign a lease term for 12 months or longer.
• To receive a $50 cash rebate, sign a lease term for 6-11 months.
• You MUST write “Fred Flores and Co.” on any and all paperwork you are required to fill out for the apartment property including guest cards, lease applications, and lease contracts. Also, don’t forget to let the property’s leasing agent know that you found them through Fred Flores and Co.
• You must submit your rebate request within 30 days of your move-in date.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only one rebate per lease
• Only one person can claim the rebate
• Your rebate will be mailed to you AFTER Fred Flores and Co. gets paid by the apartment property you leased at.
• The rebate is not applicable if you are renewing a lease, have lived in the same complex before, or transfer to a related property.
• If the property you rent at fails to pay the due commission for the renter’s lease, Fred Flores and Co. WILL NOT be obligated to pay the rebate.
• If Fred Flores and Co. is not listed as the referral source, you will not be qualified to receive the rebate.
