Fred Flores, Real Estate Broker

I acquired my real estate license in 2001 and my broker’s license in 2004. I successfully merged my real estate business with my accounting and tax practice and remain dedicated to both businesses.

My company provides financial and real estate services which gives me a unique opportunity to advise clients on ways to maximize their real estate investments and align those investments with their financial goals. Combining both businesses allows me to offer a wider range of services. I have enjoyed success advising clients on home purchases and sales and providing those same clients with tax and accounting services.

I hold a Master of Professional Accounting Degree (MPA) with a concentration in taxation from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I am an active member with the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. I sit on the board of the New Frontiers Charter School, and am very involved with the YMCA soccer program.

Michele Rowe

Michele was born and raised in San Antonio, attending Texas Lutheran University and graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in management. After 3 years as a Real Estate Assistant she obtained her real estate license in August 2006. She specializes in Northeast & North Central San Antonio, Universal City and Schertz areas.

Michele is the creative force of the company, overseeing and managing the organizational, general administrative and support responsibilities.  She has more than 17+ years of business and accounting experience.  She has been with the company since July 2003.

Ramel Greenfield

Ramel received his real estate license in 2003 and specializes in residential real estate. He has a general business background and is an active member of SABOR, TAR and NAR. Ramel has been an active member of the San Antonio Business community as an entrenpenuer for ten years.  He is dedicated to ensuring his clients are satisfied, comfortable, and well informed throughout the rigorous, and often stressful real estate process.  Let Ramel put his years of problem-solving, customer service, and negotiation skills to work for you.

Ramiro Dominguez

Ramiro grew up in San Antonio and attended McCollum High School.  He has worked in the banking industry since 1979 and currently works for Frost Bank.  Ramiro obtained his real estate license in 1993 and is an active member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  He likes to spend his leisure time enjoying outdoor activities with his wife and children.

Raul Villarreal

Raul has been a licensed realtor since 1999 in New Mexico and Texas. He has helped many buyers and sellers with all types of real estate transactions and specializes in foreclosures and HUD homes in and around Harlingen. Trying to find a great deal is his goal.

He is currently working towards his associate’s degree at UT Laredo and North Dallas University. Raul has served in the United States Army and Air Force for over ten years. The military has taught him organization, attention to detail and to strive for excellence.
